Domestic Orders: Most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your delivery address.
International Orders: International orders are expected to take 7-14 business days, which may be affected by customs processing and logistics services in the destination country. - Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders: We provide free shipping services for orders with a total amount of certain conditions (please refer to the detailed amount displayed on the checkout page).
International Orders: The shipping cost of international orders will be calculated based on the destination and order weight and will be displayed at checkout. - Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the corresponding logistics company’s website. - Shipping restrictions

If your package is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving notification. We will do our best to solve the problem and provide corresponding assistance. - Shipping address change
